• 本人郭凯湍是一位专业风水师，在1968年对风水产生兴趣，至今已有四十年得经验。
• 当年因几本风水书和风水道具由太舅公从中国遗传下来的，从那时起就不断的研究风水的奥妙与运用。
• 之前我是一位建筑师助理，因世界经济衰退因此在1986年起本人就从事风水行业至今已有二十多年了。
• 我所学的是易卦八宅风水(阳宅和阴宅)和九宫飞星(大游年诀) 。
  1. 易卦八宅风水是属于静态的，也是不变动的(为地) 。
     
  2. [人之生命不同，宅之宜忌各异]所以易卦八宅风水，必须先推算八字来断定是属于那一个卦象为自己的命宫(为人) 。
     
  3. 九宫飞星(大游年诀)，是从八个宅之宅星的九星分布，排出每一流年的九星所在的方位，推算出他的年运(为天) 。
• 家宅如能布置摆设符合“九宫，易卦”的原则，此宅便为吉宅，所谓的天，地，人合一。

• 什么是风水？实际上就是环境景观学,水文地厧学,建筑学和地球磁场綜合一体的一门学问.只要了解自然环境,顺应自然,制地利用和改造自然,创造良好的居住环境,在配合天時地利人和,达到天地人合一的境界。

风水理论认为 : -

·        吉地不可无水，基至认为‘未看山时先看水，有山无水休寻地 ’。也认为‘山之血脉乃为水’。山之骨肉皮毛即石土草木，俗称山管人丁，水管财。

风水对地质很讲究，认为地质影响人的体质，生育都有影响。

·        潮湿 （树叶地）腐烂之地是细菌的天然培养地，会导致关节炎，风湿，皮肤病等。

·        白沙地，地质松散，草木难生，磁场薄弱，此地不可以建家立业，有损财利。（应取穴土厚和黄光润为佳）。

·        风水提倡有生气的地方修建城镇房屋，这叫做乘气而生，只有得到生气的滋润，植物才会欣欣向荣，人类才会健康长寿。

水有分为秀水或恶水 ：-

1.      秀水要静水才能发富， 水气要清新才能聚财。

2.      水要有情，（S）形要从生旺方来，必出富贵之人。

3.      湖水，池塘如能在河图的城门诀方位为上吉，必能带来财运。

（辨别水质）

水白而甘，水黄而糗，水黑而苦。

其气香主上贵，其气温主中贵，苦酸为下贵。

（真水和假水）

真水是河流，湖，池塘，游泳池等。

假水是街道，车路。
